Eeekk!! I have always wanted to start my photography blog, but I always put it off, till now! Why what. This blog will let you see behind the scenes of sessions, some snapshots of my heart, and the journey of my portfolio. So, let's jump in with a little about myself. 

I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. Some of my fondest memories started at Herndon Magnet School, where I attended K-8th grade. I went on to Northwood High School, then graduated with a BS in Business and Minor in CIS from Northwestern State University. Photography was a hobby turned profession. Why not enjoy going to work! Starting in 2010, I decided learn more and the rest is history.

My family and friends mean the world to me. I am an only child, and I believe that has a little someone to do with the creativity that I have now. I had quite a few imaginary friends that I enjoyed playing with. Now I am able to take the things in my mind and execute them into a story told by photos. 

I love newborn and kids photography. They are a challenge, but once you have that shot that takes your breath away, it's well worth the challenge. One of my most favorite photographs ever has to be Baby Noah! I was so nervous to touch him, because he would grunt. All of those grunts were well worth the shot.
