Payments Accepted: Cash, Credit, Debit, Money Order, or PayPal
Deposit: A deposit of $50 is due at booking to secure the time and date of your session. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the session. Deposits are non-refundable.
Booking: The best time to book your session is about a month in advance due to limited availability.
Turnaround Time: The processing time is 10 business days. If you need your photos within 2 days, there is a $50 Rush Fee.
Tardiness: Figaro Photography will only wait 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After 15 minutes, you have option of rescheduling your session for an additional fee of $50.
Things happen in life: traffic might be backed up, you may have a flat tire or someone may fall ill. We simply ask, that you call or text to let us know what is going on.
Cancellation: Please call as soon as possible to cancel your session. If contact is made more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit can be transferred to a future session. If it is less than 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
On-location: Most sessions are done on location, if the weather permits. If the forecast shows inclement weather or there is bad weather on the day of your shoot, we will reschedule your session and transfer your deposit.
Consultations: Consultations are done via telephone, email, or face to face. At that time, please tell the photographer your expectations in order to ensure that you receive the pictures that you want.
Mini Session: The 15 minute sessions will be offered seasonally.

Personalized Session: Inform the photographer prior to the start of the session of what you would like out of your photo session. These are your pictures. We want you to love them. If your photographer has forgotten something that you wanted, tell them.
